Walk to get fit and fight youth homelessness
Walking is the single best form of exercise and this 30-Day Fitness Challenge will keep you and your team mates fit and active.
To register all you have to do is sign up below and pick your distance. As a guide a competitive walking distance over 30 days is 150km. If you want to set a more social pace aim for 75km. Or you can set a shared goal as a team.
You can manually enter your distance or use Strava, Map my Fitness and FitBit to share your distance on your fundraising page.
To give you an idea of that walking distance here are some example walks:
Sydney: Bondi to Manly 80km
Melbourne: Capital City Trail 29km or drive out to Merri Creek Trail for a 21km walk
Brisbane: Brisbane to Gold Coast 83km
