Get your bike out and get on the road for the ultimate Fitness Challenge.

To register all you have to do is sign up below and pick your distance. As a guide a competitive distance over 30 days is 1000km and a more social pace would be to do 400km. However, you can push yourself beyond these limits or set a shared goal as a team.

You can manually enter your distance or use Strava , Map my Fitness and FitBit to share your distance on your fundraising page.

To give you an idea of that cycling distance here are some example rides

Sydney: Bondi to Manly 80km

Melbourne: Capital City Trail 29km or drive out to Merri Creek Trail for a 21km ride

Brisbane: Brisbane to Gold Coast 83km
